Very nice room with great views over the city. Despite its size and number of guests, the bedroom areas and corridors are quiet and calm. Checking in and out was easy and the staff on the desk were very friendly and professional. A 10-15 min walk into the heart of the city

The room was super comfortable and with an amazing view of the city. Great location aside of the crowed areas but within walking distance of Centra Station and the areas with restaurants and stores. The breakfast was excellent, full of fresh options.
There was a wired smell in the lobby area. Like a sewer. Maybe there was plumbing issues at the time.

Location is walking distance from Amsterdam Centrale but with luggage it is a bit difficult. Better to take a taxi.
No smiles at all by the staff.

Friendly staff, good view. Breakfast was decent.
Basic room facilities, poor housekeeping (room was not clean and rubbish from previous occupants were not cleaned out during the entire period of my stay). Water did not drain in the bathroom, poor shower
