Les chambres étaient très belles et spacieuses. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un château. L'emplacement était également idéal, calme, vraiment parfait pour Amsterdam.
La seule chose que nous avons moins appréciée, c'était le fait que l'eau ne sortait pas de la baignoire. De plus, étant donné la période de fêtes, il n'y avait personne disponible pour la réparer. Le personnel a gentiment changé notre chambre, mais celle-ci était vraiment moins belle et moins confortable que la précédente, à mon avis. Cependant, nous vous remercions pour le changement de chambre

Location perfect. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower and bath.
Super deluxe room not very super or deluxe.
Tv only 3 channels. Car parking €70 a night too expensive for a carpark.
€715 for 2 nights with car parking.
I stayed there in 2014 and I can’t see any improvements since then. The mini bar used to be free but now they charge for everything so not impressed.

Badkamer was redelijk nieuw maar deed heel goedkoop aan. ontbrekende dopjes, slecht sluitende douchedeur (in bad douchen) locatie was top personeel behulpzaam.
Op de foto's lijkt het heel wat maar alles is echt heel erg oud en uit de tijd, liften werken slecht, ontbijtzaal uit het jaar 0, matig ontbijt paste er goed bij. En dan 460 euro per nacht vragen?!

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was bloody brilliant, and it was quiet! The staff( especially the lady at breakfast) was lovely!!!!

The rooms were extremely spacious and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond I mentioned to them beforehand it was our anniversary and they went the extra mile and decorated our bed and left us a congratualtions note. The spa facilities were 10/10 with many different facilities to use.

Aco, de l'équipe du concierge, était très aimable et nous as aidé pour tout! La chambre était très grande et bien aménagé, avec tout ce dont on aurait besoin (et plus!).
Points en plus pour le Wellness qui est très cool et a fait très plaisir!

It is a lovely hotel and the location was perfect and close to the train station. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was perfect and would stay again when in Amsterdam.
Nothing really except it was difficult to find the room - lots of corridors and doors!

It was clean and close to where I needed to be.
I had a king bed and I got stuck in the middle all night because it was made from two sets of foam that didn't stay in place.

The bed was amazing. Super soft and gorgeous pillows. Great view too
My only issue was I couldn't open the windows in my room - and I like fresh air at night. Other than that, it was all amazing.

A fabulous historic hotel that we enjoyed exploring especially the amazing glass ceiling and old lift system. Our room had wonderful views overlooking the city and we did enjoy our stay. Very close and convenient for the central station and great public transport links (e.g. trams). Very good quality of stay in the rooms with comfortable beds, large clean bathroom, coffee machine and tv.
The food at the restaurant was, well, disappointing. I would not recommend eating here when there are so many better options in the city close by. I had a fried ‘sea bass’ that was probably a frozen basa fillet and did not taste good, my partner had a steak that was very fatty and both were very salty - it was not worth what we paid and regret not making a complaint.

The location is excellent.The staff are friendly and helpful
The sauna was broken and its unfortunate, it's one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Also when I arrived they canceled my reservation, and made me wait and rebook. 3pm check in is pretty late. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great. Overall this is not a five star hotel. It is not worth the money.

Good location and comfortable beds
Reception staff were pretty unhelpful (porter and night staff were very friendly), room was too hot (in October) with no aircon, wifi didn’t work in room (there was wifi signal in the front reception) , toiletries were not refilled. Not a 5 star experience

Problems in getting defects in bathroom mended. Additional duvets promised but not delivered. Inadequate storage space in room. Room not cleaned one day.
