Location and staff were very good
Kind and attentive and helpful
Breakfast needs improving.
It was look warm and the fruit was very limited in choice.
Fist day at breakfast 9.30 cooked breakfast was luke warm.
Second day earlier at 8.30 break fast cold and selection limited with bins empty.
Fruit choice was melon or melon, this needs to be improved with grapes, berries and other items like prunes. Tea was also Luke warm, it arrived to soon after sitting down and then was cold by the time of drinking.

There was a secure car park attached to the hotel. The room was very stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was actually worth the extra paid. It was as we requested and well prepared. Would have like to have stayed longer to enjoy the lobby area as it looked really comfortable, but the city did beckon...
It's just a small thing but a fridge (would not need the items that come inside) would have been helpful and lovely just to keep the water etc. cool.

Perfectly located for the Beacon and the docks with SS Great Britain and great parking on site
The room was very small and the carpet was dirty. The chair was badly stained but the staff provided a replacement. One of the windows would not open and the air con was noisy with no remote control.
