Rooms were very clean and equipped. Breakfast was worth the £18 fee.
Unlike other hotels while we were browsing, they did not mention on their Booking.com description that the On-site parking has a £28/day fee (only mentions On-site parking) so we got mislead into thinking it was free.

The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom, the bed was very comfortable, the shower pleasant and easy to adjust.
I chose this hotel specifically because parking was listed among the facilities. I understood this to mean that the hotel had its own parking and that the cost was included in the room rate.
However, the hotel does not have its own parking. There is a large public parking site nearby, but guests have to pay for it separately. I found this misleading, as the way the parking facility was presented when booking gave me the impression that parking was provided by the hotel and included in the price.
The hotel should make it much clearer that the nearby parking is separate and comes at an additional cost.

Nice clean room.Comfy bed.Lovely breakfast.
Not easy to be dropped off outside the hotel.I wouldn’t want to be walking outside late at night on my own.

Location
One member of staff was rude during a false fire alarm at 2.30am I understand he had things to do but he was rude and then proceeded to talk about me to another person a stranger staying at the hotel he was very rude
