Staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional even though busy they had a big wedding they found time for us etc

Great location!
The doors were very loud - but that’s just other people being inconsiderate and slamming them unfortunately 😢

I had specified 3 rooms together but had to be very insistent when we were checking in as we were initially given rooms apart ( I only booked on the assurance they would be together) We eventually were allocated 3 together.
Our rooms ( 353-354-355) were up some very steep steps from the lift and no handrail. Obviously not a problem for a young person, but quite dangerous for 80 year olds. One lift out of order , coach party in the hotel so long waits. Need to inspect rooms after cleaners have cleaned them, ran out of milk in room, none arrived despite requests.

Great location. Parking convenient next door although lights not working on floor 5 so was in the dark up there..Hotel itself was fine. Back of hotel room a little noisy due to heating/cooling system from building next door rumbling all night and although breakfast was very nice it was luke warm!!! which spoilt it. A shame as hotel is prity decent.
Luke warm breakfast. And rumbling from building next doors heating system.

"La posizione, gli arredi, lo staff. Ottimo albergo. Non posso dire molto su colazione, pranzo e cena: servizi di cui non ho usufruito."
