Central and friendly helpful staff
Breakfast was very busy and some items didn’t get topped up and the tables were not cleared very quickly but that may be down to not enough staff for a very busy couple of days ?

Location
The smell of egg and breakfast when we went in which was at 6pm! A little tired looking upon entry and the bar area. Towels and linen need upgrading. Shower needs to be cleaned better, dirt around the shower fittings on the shower doors and in the shower hose. They should deep clean these areas once a month. Also there needs to be a 'step' sign when going in and out of the shower. It's higher than normal. The extractor fan didn't work which it should as the shower/ toilet is small and the condensation built up quickly.

Great central location
Mattress had a stain on it. The carpark above the restaurants opposite was noisy at night, 3am metallic scraping noise coming from the car park???
