Very close to Marble Arch underground, Oxford street and Hyde Park … also lovely cafes and restaurants just in the street infront of the hotel - I liked the fact the the hotel is really quiet and the lobby area is great to relax there and also do some work with no distractions at all

location, friendly staff, bed and shower.
just a small thing, but the chair that went with the desk didn't allow for you to sit in it and have your legs under the desk. It was beautiful, but the chair was too high, thus preventing you from being able to sit comfortably pulled up to the desk as one would normally do. you had to sit with your legs to the side. because i was doing work on my laptop for a couple of hours, this was uncomfortable.

Good Location
It didn’t live up to the pictures. Our room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. We were told that we had been upgraded to a new room in a new floor and it was clear that was not the case.
