Amazing! Room was nice design, clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say the location was perfect but, good enough. The food is really nice and the gents that work the bars make really nice drinks.
A\C didn’t quite work as intended. Room was often quite warm even though AC was on max speed and lowest temp.
Parking area really is a tight squeeze! The warning you give is not enough 😂😂
2 of the 3 lifts were out of service the entire time we stayed.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and its excellent location is the major reason. It is one of the safest areas where tourists are always wandering Edgware Road even late at nights with many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Additionally, all main attractions are easily and directly reached via bus and/or underground nearby stations. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
It might get busy during holiday seasons and people getting late check-out. We had to wait a while for one of our rooms, but the hotel compensated us by a complimentary breakfast.

The location was very good and staff was overall very helpful.
After my complaint the next day we were given another room (see below)
I was given a room with a mobile a/c unit,with a gap between the wall and the window.This was dangerous for my kids and also it was cold b/c of air entering the room the whole day and night.(messages and photos have been sent to Booking chat room and a telephone conversation followed).There wasn’t another room available on that day so we had to wait until the next day for the change.I asked for a refund for the first day and instead i was given points to visit another marriot hotel in the future!!!
After a lot of discussion there is a request from the hotel to booking to refund the first night.So i am waiting from booking to do so!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
A fair room rate when compared to other hotels in the area.
The high street felt a little unsafe especially after dark.

The family room has a bed size is suitable for one person not two. they should write the bed size in the room description also.
The staff charged my credit card with extra fees as a deposit.
The lifts stopped for a full day and we used the services lift.
