Room was good and clean. The staff were all good and the location was really great. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful. It felt like a hotel that is often full rather than one that was focused on being overly helpful and get return custom. But it was very good value for money.
Breakfast was not the best. utensils were just placed in one area so all of them handled the cold meats which could be a problem for those who don't want that. The potatoes were old, probably from the day before. Interesting that they chose potatoes over hashbrowns but freshly "made" hashbrowns would have been better. High chairs covered in food (there was only 2 so wouldn't have taken much to just wipe them). It just felt like breakfast was an after-thought.

Good location
The staff member that checked me in wasn’t very informative. Didn’t mention the bar, food, room service, even how to use the lift. It was a long day I was tired, didn’t notice the sign saying you need to use the key card to access the lift and staff member just stood and watched as I tried to access the lift rather than helping. Maybe just having a bad day
