It’s fairly spacious, quite recent, there’s a smartTV in every room
Both beds were atrociously uncomfortable, bedding was of very poor quality
Largest bedroom was front facing and you can hear the road
Towels had been hang dried and not tumble dried so were rough to use
There was no coffee machine (?!?!)
The heating kept automatically resetting to 18 degrees
Bin was broken
Lots of lightbulbs not working or flickering

I had the pleasure of living in this wonderful two-bedroom apartment with a serene garden, and I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. The apartment exudes a sense of cleanliness and tidiness that's truly impressive. The garden, a tranquil oasis just outside, provided a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The layout is well-designed, making the most of the available space. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment, from the modern appliances to the carefully chosen decor, speaks volumes about the care that's gone into making this place a haven. The management team's responsiveness and attentiveness to any needs or concerns were exceptional. Living here felt like a true privilege, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable, beautiful, and peaceful home.

Great, clean, modern apartment. All the facilities for a weekend away.
Bi fold doors were broken so couldn’t be opened onto the patio area.

Beautiful, spacious house with a nice garden, felt very homely and with a very modern decor, 2 spacious bedrooms and two well-sized living areas.
Nothing it more than accommodated for our needs, couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Very nicely converted property, very clean, tidy and furnished well. Was located in residential area that was easy for us to base our visit to the Peak District from. Off road parking was nice bonus.
Honestly, cannot think of anything we didn't like, for a self catering property, it had everything we needed.

Overall our stay was really good, the two bedroom house was spacious with a lovely garden, the location was quite good, 10/15 minutes drive to Sheffield centre, around 30/40minutes drive to Peak District. The house was wonderful, the owner was friendly, it was very quiet during our two nights stay. They provided Netflix on there TV, pretty much everything you need was in that house, it would have been brilliant to stay for much longer. So if we were to visit Sheffield again, I would definitely book this place again, I have recommended this place to my friends and family.
One more thing to mention, the picture of the house on google caused some misunderstanding, this place is actually the house opposite the one on google map, look for a pillar that says 9A.
Actually, the bed sheets weren’t 100% clean, there were hair on it.

The place was nice, much better than we expected. Google maps showed address incorrectly (it would be great to have picture of the house from entrance during reservation).
Communication with property manager Beth was pleasant and efficient, so all our questions was resolved quickly.
Apartment is on ground floor and there is one more apartment on top of it, but we had not troubles from neighbors. There is well equipped kitchen with small fridge and freezer.
It was warm during our stay but we used heating during night. There is nice garden area but it is open to enter by anyone (not separate) and it would be great to have some garden furniture there to enjoy evening. There is parking for at least one car.
Area nearby is very quiet, and there is almost no where to go/walk around the property (it could be downside that there is no cafes or restaurants nearby), but easy to get to city center by 7-10 minute drive (Delivero seemd working too, but we did not try).
Overall it was nice to stay here for a quiet week with my family.
Bed mattress was too soft for us. I think it would be better to have much firmer bed.
There is motion sensor in the bedroom which lights up with blue light every-time it senses any movement (during night it feels strange)
Heating during night sometimes automatically sets to 17, and needs manual adjustment.

Everything was amazing. Clean, modern and spacious. Really appreciated the little touches like tea and coffee and sugar. Had everything you needed really.
I wish the double bed had a topper on so you don't feel the gap if the two mattresses together. Other than that the beds were comfortable.
