The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of cuisines to suit every taste. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the resort itself boasts stunning scenery and beautifully maintained gardens.

There is nothing

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bali Resort. The resort is beautifully located with direct beach access, a lovely pool landscape and excellent food. Our room, 1018, was amazing, with a stunning ocean view. A special thank you to Keita at reception and Yana, the Guest Relations Manager. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive and supportive throughout our stay. The lovely surprise they arranged for us at the end was a very thoughtful touch and made our experience even more memorable.

Our only point for improvement would be the overall music concept. In most restaurants and around the pool, the music was very loud and often focused on commercial pop and rap hits. We felt this did not quite match the otherwise relaxing and upscale atmosphere of the resort. Softer lounge, chill-out or contemporary Balinese-inspired music at a lower volume would, in our opinion, better complement the beautiful surroundings and luxurious feel of the hotel.

The pool is good and the room is big with balcony

Breakfast is messy, the staffs are not well trained. i went to breakfast for 4 times, every time i requested for coffee when i was guided to the seat but none of them serve the coffee to me until i left. the auto coffee machines are broken and i have to queue up to get the coffee. However, the barista was clearly overwhelmed and unable to cope with the demand. The service was extremely slow, and the overall experience was frustrating. The taste of the breakfast is.. hmm, not satisfied to me - the best is the fresh fruits - you can image the rest of the dishes. I went to the other restaurants in the afternoon, but the coffees are horrible.. i guess they are using instant coffee to serve the customers.. The room facility is old dated, when i checked in at mid night, the toilet flush was breakdown. and another room the shower was spoilt.. outside the balcony, it is a construction site with a lot of noise. overall it is very disappointing experiences. i can't image it is a 5 star Hilton hotel brand.
