The Apurva Kempinski Bali

The Kempinski was just impeccable. The property itself was incredible, opulent, relaxing with excellent facilities - multiple pools, a beautiful private beach, a well decked out gym, sauna, ice bath, reformer Pilates, business centre, fabulous restaurants. The service was incredible nothing was a problem for the staff and they were so kind and helpful. Rooms were grand and house keeping was perfect. Highly recommend.

The 2 bed villa was amazing with private dining for villa residents, afternoon tea and perfect rooms. The hotel itself if fantastic, amazing architecture, and exceptional staff and facilities

Nothing, everything was perfect

The Apurva Kempinski was, without a doubt, the most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were blown away by the exceptional service, breathtaking grounds and incredible attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our experience truly special and memorable. The level of hospitality was simply outstanding, and we felt incredibly well looked after throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, but it was the warmth and genuine care from the staff that made our stay so unforgettable. We cannot recommend The Apurva Kempinski highly enough and would love to return one day.

The only minor disappointment during our stay was that there were multiple weddings taking place at the resort. On several occasions, a large marquee was set up on the main grass area, which completely obstructed the beautiful ocean view from the pool. We completely understand that weddings are an important part of the resort, but it was a little disappointing to have such a spectacular view blocked during our stay. Aside from this, everything about the resort was exceptional.

Pathetic experience, I checked in at 6 they made me wait 4 hours . They dint even know which room I was suppose to have . Registration team was horrible . The only reason I’m give a rating is because of mr Arya, the cliff manager , who helped us a lot and understood our problem . He was very professional and wanted to offer us compensation by upgrading our room. However rest of the staff during checkin were pathetic and arrogant and dint even have an answer . I only stayed because the cliff manager helped us . And the house keeping staff also stole our welcome sweets from room
