Very relaxing resort. The staff is very accommodating smiling and willing to serve.
The beach is full of plastic. There should be full time workers just to pick up plastic and trash along the beach. There’s an area in between 2 resorts where plastic bottles have accumulated and it’s an eyesore for guests. Hope they have the initiative to clean it up. It’s a very nice hotel. Nice view and good food!

Absolutely stunning. The room we had was spacious, clean, comfortable. The service was fantastic. Everyone was so lovely to deal with. Complete luxury. Also the buggy’s to get around were an awesome and fun novelty!
Probably the amount of money we spent on our all inclusive package, but we knew what we were in for.

We absolutely loved our stay in the hotel! We had a honeymoon suite with an astonishing beachfront view. The suite was very spacious and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and responsive assisting us with our questions/requests. Fantastic private beach with a beach bar and complimentary water sports activities. The beach itself is very well-maintained, clean, and huge. Great variety of breakfast choices, which tasted delicious. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend this hotel.

furnishings were a bit old and worn. swimming in the ocean was difficult as there was no breakwater to protect you from the strong currents.

the stunning view, the beautiful private villa, the lush garden, the crystal clear sea water, pool area…location is perfect : not too busy area, easy to go to Uluwatu . best place to relax
food service for lunch at the restaurant above the pool is far far too long. team is friendly and nice but each time we had to wait really a long time

Everyone we met were so nice & friendly, always carry a big smile on their face! Beautiful view from the suite, nice & quiet beach yet right beside Canna Beach Club. Wonderful getaway we had, thank you for your great hospitality! Looking forward to be back with our children next time! 🙏

All the staff were exceptional. From housekeeping, garden staff through to reception and restaurants- all fantastic. And thank you Ekawati and Nonik for making us feel so welcome! Real professionals.
Other than the Villa we stayed in, which was great, there were parts of the property eg toilets around the pool and shower, that need a makeover. Facilities on the beach need a makeover and the beach needs to be cleaned more efficiently due to the constant rubbish and plastic that gets washed in. There were other hotels that did a better job at keeping the beach clean.

The resort is absolutely wonderful with amazing views of the sea. The grounds are well kept. The food is outstanding and the staff go above & beyond expectations. The beach is clean and water is very refreshing. Lots of sun & shaded areas to cool down and enjoy a snack. You will have full service on the beach for drinks & food. The Suite was also amazing with every detail on point. You won't go without anything during this sty here at Samabe. Ifyou find yourself in need of something outside of the resort, the customer service team will have it delivered. We ended up needing a pharmaceutical product outside of resort and it was delivered within a few hours. They will give you an app to use during your stay that allows you immediate contact for all of your needs. The response was almost immediate. We were in love with our stay and we will be back next year.

The big honeymoon room has ideal wide ocean view. Highly recommend it.

For guys: this hotel is worth every dollar spent.
The hotel is generous to the guests
Even though I can order anything from the menu including fruit plates(unlimited of course), it would be better to cut all the fruit for breakfast like other good 5 star hotels do.
Please put potato near with rice on breakfast, not near eggs outside.

Not enough lighting on the shallow steps to/from swimming pool and Cristal Blue. There should be lighting on every step.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The 2 bedroom ocean villa has the right space and all required amenities. Perfect hotel feel and extremely friendly staff. Food is hearty, tasty and excellent quality.
The beach is small, and not very well maintained
