The hotel has good breakfast and they maintenance the cleaning very well.One of the staff from housekeeping has great customer oriented and good in cleaning the room.Her name Ms.Sania.Thank you for up grade our room.

The beds are really comfortable and the staff is great.

Some rooms have a cigarette smell because some costumers smoke inside. But I asked to change the room when that happen and the staff did it gladly and fast.

Definitely value for money. It’s cheaper than most of the 4-star hotels in the area, but it offers so much for the price you pay. The room is very clean, spacious, comfy, and there’s a huge selection of breakfast items. The location is very convenient—essentially at the heart of Jakarta. And great staff too!

We came over from Western Europe , arrived around 21:00 pm, my bank card didn't work, I offered to leave a deposit for one night in in USD and AED ,but the staff refused to help. Luckily I have a family in Jakarta , they called in and negotiated for online payment late in the night. Imagine if someone doesn't have such a back up locally? The reception lady didn't even attempt to suggest the way of assisting us, although we explained that we are here for the funeral (( Overal , it was a good hotel, but now looks ran down, rooms and bathrooms are long due for reparations. No value for 5* and money

Hygiene at breakfast. Compared to before corona and during corona the quality from the breakfast went seriously down. Breakfast room is clearly understaffed.

Breakfast was good but took long time to refill item that were out and the bread for toast was old and hard. The searving staff was slow for cleaning tables and refilling items that was out it took over half hour to refil things like sausage or beans or waffles or veggies. We had dinner 1 night only had basic noodles and drinks for 4 people and spent over 600k IDR. The tax kills you so we ordered take out mostly. Swimming pool was nice but a little small if hotel is busy.

we usually stay at the aryaduta hotel in jakarta , however prices dictated the millenium hotel for the family of 5 with breakfast included. The foods offered were in fact superior and far more relevant price wise. the comfort of the lounge area provided time for peace and quiet and the pool facilities were always good
