This place has the most stunning views with a refreshing pool to enjoy them from. Our room was big enough with great air con and lovely balcony to eat on. Breakfast was amazing with enough for lunch! The host Nikos was so helpful sending us videos of how to find our key and room as we arrived late, answered all our questions and recommended an excellent restaurant.

Maybe could have had our room bin changed sooner but otherwise perfect.

We loved every single detail. Excellent location, the private area and also de swiming pool lounge are perfect, they have a great view of the port and the Volcano. Nikos was a very atencious and helped us with everything including our transfer to the airport. We highly revomend!!

The staff and location were good

The room was a lot smaller than we thought. It got very humid and the aircon was right above the bed so unless you can tolerate cold air streaming right into your face and giving you a sore throat you will have to just sleep with it on fan mode. The room was generally clean except for the bed decorations which has stains on it and a lot of the things in the room were beginning to rust from the humidity. The balcony has a beautiful view but it wasn’t big enough to really enjoy. There was not much space on the terrace as it is covered in chairs and we used the pool just once and it was nice but I would have definitely preferred a hotel without a pool but with bigger rooms. It was not really a comfortable stay for us unfortunately and we have stayed in many other hotels in Santorini. The staff and the location were good however and they gave us a nice taxi to pick us up.

Great location, close to the caldera, City center, Fira and Fira bus station with caldera view from the rooftop. The view on the rooftop is Awesome. The room has everything you need for your stay and the pool is great for a lazy afternoon. Delicious healthy breakfast was also a plus and the Host was very welcoming. I recommend staying at Kafieris View!

The location and caldera view were amazing! Located in Firostefani so nice to be just a bit away from the day tourists from the boats but still within walking distance of Thira.

Stay at the Kafieris was incredible amazing. I travel with my family/friends and we ask to get closer rooms to stay all together, the owner Nikos made it happen! Rooms were perfectly cleaned everyday. Spacious and amazing views from both balconies, MORNINGS, SUNSET AND NIGHT can see Caldera View, cruises and Volcan is clearly seen. Breakfast time you can choose your preferred time, The staff bring your food and drinks in the room and prepare everything in the balcony to enjoy as best. You can spend sometime in the rooftop pool , sun-beds and the pool are extraordinary the weather is fantastic up there! Couldn’t ask for better stay, staff is definitely on top of everything. Location is perfect, step out of the apartment you have the famous 3 bells of Fira, restaurants, bars and souvenirs shops. 5 minutes walk you have Imerovigli and 10 minutes walk City of Fira. Just 10 minutes bar car can go to Oia. A BIG THANK TO THE OWNER ALWAYS THERE GIVING ADVICES FOR THE NEXT DAY ADVENTURE.

steep hill for access, room tiny and not great view. looked over carpark. jacuzzi freezing and full of flies, not cleaned. balcony not big enough to sit out at for three people. photos of accommodation look much better than you actually get. quite misleading

It was located near to my family.

Disappointing views and rooms. plug sockets didn’t work and the one that did, didn’t when I left I room. Room wasn’t ready and got moved to another room which was equally poor.

Excellent view

The location is best feels like top of everything around. The grand view of See after opening the balcony door/terrace was worth it!. You need to take a everyday 10-15 min walk to Fira if you want to enjoy the nightlife,but that is positive part as it gives opportunity to enjoy the scenery of see and caldera. The staff was friendly and supportive.

The hotel is at top of Firostefani, so we get perfect panoramic view of caldera.

The property is a good deal for the price close to the city center (Fira)

Access to the property is a bit difficult and the rooms can feel extremely small for some people. Is doable for short stays.

The hotel is small and charming but basic. You primarily book this hotel for the view, we had an amazing view from our small balcony which is why we traveled to Santorini.

The bed is not comfortable, the bottom frame is concrete with an OK mattress on top. The room is small and little room for suitcases. Referral to renting a quad was terrible, the rental company provided subpar equipment to us and another couple.

The staff was very welcoming and gave us a lot of advices. location is prime sitting on the highest point of that neighborhood. it’s also next to a very popular sunset viewing spot. well, you have a better view at the Caldera and sunset at the top floor.

it has a spectacular sunset view. Breakfast is plentiful and served to your room. staff was very accommodating. Location was great - close to the square and the walking path to Fira (10-15 minutes) or Oia (2 hours). My room had a nice little balcony. Bus stop is close. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. You need a taxi, transfer service or bus to get from the port. Was 30 euros for my transfer service.

The room and bathroom are small but as a solo traveler it was fine. No tables or outlets by the bed (which is pushed against the wall). You have to plug in across the room. The emergency lights by the ceiling (little green lights) are on all the time so put a towel over them so you can sleep.

Facilities are a bit outdated but it is still good value for money
