The breakfast was exceptional, great coffee, fantastic service, friendly staff, loved the rooms, the location. Couldn’t have been happier and would hope to stay again next visit to Rye.

Great central location with parking (Ringo), lovely decoration with some underway during our stay - wasn't a nuisance at all. Lovely shower! Nice bar and outside seating, great breakfast.
Could have been cleaner, few old webs and dust in lamps, drawers not wiped but the bedding and bathroom were pristine so its a minor grumble. Oh and the tea selection is great but needs more English Breakfast as we had to share a bag on arrival and a bag in the morning.
