Location. The staff. Great breakfast. Lovely room furnishings.
Noisy, from street & room above. Our room only had a bath & no shower. My son's room was painted dark blue making a dark room even darker. Stairway & landing a bit scruffy.

Loved it, so
quaint and quiet and close to everything ! Restaurants and the train station and shops and bakeries all right there ! The breakfast was exceptional ! Best breakfasts on my whole holiday!
The stairs were a bit tricky to the top floor but we had help with our luggage so all was great!

Very central to the town
Access to the room was tight and step stairs , low headroom so anyone tall would have to duck and it does not tell you that when you book
