Excellent Room and building, breakfast was great and the Honesty Bar worked well
Bathroom was a little small, but big enough for a short stay [must remember to book a bath if you want one].

The premises are great, clean and cute. The staff was kind and helpful all the time. And the breakfests were the icing on the cake.
The car park is not directly at the premises, which is the trade-off for such a great location. Would this be the reason to ignore this place for stay next time? Absolutely NOT. In contrary. If there will be another opportunity to stay in Rye, I’ll always pick the Jeake’s House.

Our welcome was warm and informative. Our room was immaculate with a modern en suite and nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were first rate - something that you don’t always get in hotels! The breakfast was unbelievably good with cereal, yogurts, fruit and lots of hot dishes available. Jeakes House was situated centrally in Rye so it made it easy to go out and explore.
Nothing.

Excellent location beautiful period property.clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was mediocre. Considering rated as 5star . Cheap orange juice. Weak coffee.small egg and sliced pre packaged bread. Could be a whole lot better.
