The smell in the room

Location is good
Room and bathroom was tiny and without the balcony shown on images. As its an internal atrium, music from other rooms was amplified. Pool is not on site and a good walk away as is the gym.

Location was good. Good restaurants and take aways nearby. Good walks nearby.
Bit small. Suggest washer/dryer be used only in wash mode.

Location was good, room was ok.
Daily supply of coffee, milk and biscuits would be appreciated.
The bed was at the entrance of the room, which could be a problem if two people were there.

That the rooms were sound proof from the motor way and enjoyed the motorway view
Nothing that we didn't like as me and my daughter enjoyed our time but we did run out of hot water

Great location and guy on desk really helpful giving us short cuts into town. Very clean. Loved the little balcony
The room was very small with an odd configuration. Wardrobe next to couch. Bed right by the door. Atrium made the room noisy

Having 2 separate rooms
- The washing machine didn't work
- Only 1 person could have a hot shower due to water running out

The hotel and their services are wonderful, especially the receptionist Wim! Who was a lovely person, very helpful and very informative.
She allowed my first stay at a hotel on my own to be one to remember
Well the room was nice but the balcony was different from the pictures and small to the point only 1 person can go look from it

The location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of all the staff I dealt with
At night there were doors slamming shut which disturbed my sleep multiple times.

clean. location was good. staff was helpful
we stayed for 3 nights- wifi dint work the whole time. second room has no ventilation, we had to sleep with the door open and had to rely on the portable air conditioner on the other side of the apartment. no central air con.

I liked the biscuits, comfortable bed the TV with sky was a bonus they had movies on I havnt watched sky since I was young
That I was I was on the inside rooms facing the the middle of the hotel I would it if I was on the out side facing the road if u could get a could get couple nights free

The staff
It was dated, needs some good maintenance, it smelled like everyones cooking, the door handle to the room wasn’t attached properly, the tap in the bathroom sink wasn’t attached properly, the sheets were scratchy and it was noisy, even though there were signs everywhere telling people to be quiet after 10pm. The staff were absolutely amazing though!

extremely noisy because it is too close to the motorway.
bedroom very cramped. no soft lighting. couch extremely uncomfortable. no heater in bathroom.
