I injured my ankle on the first night. Patricia the host was exceptional, helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to assist me and my family. The concierge Manuel was a great help too. The apartment was clean and well located opposite the beautiful jewel, Retiro Park. We had a wonderful time in Madrid thanks to the people of Madrid!

The location was great & the apartment was spotless and very well presented. The hosts were very amenable and gave great information about where to eat and visit. The shower had good water pressure and the kitchen had everything you could need. The heaters were easy to use and gave great heat. The apartment was in walking distance of so many tourist attractions. The park across the road is so beautiful and well worth a visit. The pastries in the coffee shop next door are amazing.

I was aware the apartment was as in the basement and didn’t think the lack of natural light would affect me but it did. The lack of natural light and windows to look out of and admire the views. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and harder than is my my preference.

We like this apartment very much! It was very clean and the location was very nice. Our contact person Patricia help us with every little personal question we had concerning our stay in Madrid around the clock. This made our vacation very easy and comfortable. We are thankful!

Good location in a calm neighborhood, friendly people

The appartment was in bad shape. The walls were crumbling down. Also, the bed was uneven, making it feel like you are laying in a hammock. Also, there was a very dirty black stain in the bathtub.

Great floor plan for a family of 4, walkable to anywhere we needed to go, and really nice part of the city. Hosts were super easy and quick to communicate with!

The internet wasn’t the best — the signal was weak and connection relatively slow. Not a huge deal, but could have been better.
