Breakfast was great. Quiet, lovely relaxing common areas with complimentary coffee and pastries. Friendly staff, and we could leave our bags and pick them up later.
Wifi had very weak signal in the room, there was little room in the bathroom to leave toiletteries.

Breakfast was very nice although we missed eggs and bacon. The location is excellent right in the middle of Pisa. We also liked the internal garden.
The beds were a bit soft and the room quite small.

Proximity to Pisa Centrale (22 minute walk or can take the bus), near to the shops and restaurants, the bus stop is also nearby (3 minute walk).
Snacks, tea and coffee, water available all day.
Can stay anytime at the lounge or the outside sitting area.
Convenient going in and out of the property just like being in your own home, just don’t forget the access codes.
Short walk (around 12 minute walk) to the leaning tower of Pisa.
Accommodating staff.
Small shower area.
No fridge or safe in the room.

Central location and very friendly staff
The AC didn’t work properly, and the room was unbearably hot. There were also no shower gels provided in the shower.
