Convenient location, clean room and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment kitchenette is well-equipped for cooking.

Loved the location (right next to the station), the room was incredible and the pool and hot tub were perfect!!
The sauna seemed to be down for maintenance. The buttons weren’t working to be able to turn it on.

Location is excellent. The Green Square station is located downstairs, and you're one stop from Central Station. There is a good mix of hospitality in the area, and a Woolworths Metro is very close
The quality of the accommodation was below expectations. The rooms were a good size, but there is a lot of wear and tear and the property is starting to show its age. The cleanliness was poor and the external windows / balcony were filthy. It did not feel like 5 star accommodation at this price-point. It's a bit of a mission to get to the pool area.
