The house was very comfortable, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The location is perfect with easy access to shopping, restaurants and the historic districts. You can also take a nice walk down to Shem Creek. I highly recommend this home.

This home is in a fantastic location. Everything you need is in walking distance, we walked up the street to Vintage Coffee for breakfast and had drinks at Shem Creek. Downtown Charleston and the beaches are just a short drive away.
We had an unsettling check in experience with multiple unexpected friends of the host coming by. While the host was apologetic and considered this when working with us when we needed to leave a day early, I would have expected to hear from him more throughout the stay to check in on the group.

Spent three nights here with our pup. Great location for accessing downtown Charleston, Mt Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island. Exactly as pictured/described. Yes there’s currently road construction going on out front, but we were out most of the day while they were working and they gave our dog something to watch while we were gone 🙂 Walked to Page’s Okra Grill for dinner. Nothing fancy but large portions of reasonably priced, good seafood/southern food.

This home is super adorable and very clean. The beds are nice and comfy too. Joe was a fantastic and responsive host. But the best part is it’s location. It’s a nice, quick walk over to Shem Creek for some bars and entertainment. Sullivan’s is real close too. Highly recommend and look forward to going back!

The location is great and close to everything, but still private. Short walk to Page’s Okra Grill, where the wait can be crazy but we were sat immediately. The house is so cute and well appointed, especially the kitchen. Wonderful bungalow and had all that we needed. Nice updates!

Literally in the middle of everything! You can walk to the Old Village, Shem Creek Park and restaurants, coffee, and more! The house is so comfortable and adorable. Joe is very responsive and so easy to work with. The beach is an easy drive over. This is a fantastic pick for a family or friends trip.

My family and I rented this cottage in Mt. Pleasant to be close to both Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island--it was a prefect location for both beaches. The cottage was clean and spacious enough (more room than any hotel room can really offer a family of five). Additionally, we were close to at least 4-5 restaurants within walking distance which was a great treat for us. We would rent this same place again!

We frequently visit the Charleston area and you can’t beat this location. An easy walk to Shem Creek for dinner and drinks and an easy drive to downtown Charleston and the beach!

This house is simply lovely. It truly was perfect in every way. Lovely furnishings, very clean, fantastic location, very safe and quiet. We walked to bars/restaurants/coffee shops, and the beach was a short drive away. We would most definitely stay here again. Book it. You'll love it!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of parking and the house was conveniently located near several restaurants that we could walk to. Charleston was a quick drive as was boone plantation and the fort sumter ferry from patriots point. Check in and check out was super easy. Communication was fast and easy.

The cottage was perfect for our family!! Well equipped, walking distance to local restaurants, easy access to Downtown Charleston! Mount Pleasant is not as congested as Charleston and a lovely place to stay. Cottage could use an update with towels and linens.

Charming house in an awesome location. Unfortunately, hurricane season threw a wrench in the length of our stay, but Joe was very accommodating to work with to adjust accordingly. Thorough and speedy communication, which was so appreciated during a stressful time.

We have rented with Joe many times and will continue to come back. Shem Creek is the perfect distance between the beaches and Charleston. The small house I had everything you need and is within walking distance to Shem Creek + good pizza and coffee.
