Victoria Inn

the food was excellent, the bed was so comfortable for a good nights sleep and the staff were very helpful. The Victoria is in a quiet location. Certainly would recommend it. Jane and Deryck.

The food, staff, cleaning, good parking overall excellent even had air-conditioning

Nothing

Restaurant food was very tasty and a lovely selection. Air con rooms were a bonus, good size and powerful shower/en-suite. welcoming friendly staff throughout. 😀

Very small niggles and not a huge fuss but it sounded like the adjoining rooms headboard knocked repeatedly against the partition wall when someone jumped on their bed. If this is the case then perhaps the beds could be moved away from the walls slightly or buffers placed behind. Couldn't have our cooked breakfast due to it being served after 8am, and with prior engagements, we had to forfeit. However, the owners did offer for us to have cereals in our room and to return to pick up a takeaway. This Couldn't be achieved so a small discount would have been more convenient for our requirements upon booking. Other than that, faultless 🙂

Excellent 5star room

Staff Service Dangerous Laundry bags blocking stairs No gluten free cereal for breakfast despite pre warning staff and very poor response from owner saying it was uneconomic to provide! Definitely need some customer care training
