Excellent facilities as should be expected for a 5 star, great location, with great view from HarBAR on the 6th floor
Nothing, good all round

Location, cleanliness.
Sauna and Hot Tub not working, repair man walking around the swimming pool area, restaurants don't provide 5star service - probably due to lack of appropriately trained staff...

Ok no more than that

Beautiful location and views. Very clean room.
The fact it cost over £500 a night and I had to pay parking and also extra for breakfast.
I requested my room to be made up as a twin, twice. Both times agreed by the hotel. This was not implemented.
There was no extraction in the bathroom.
The sauna was broken in the spa.
