nothing great!

Sofa has stain,went I sit on its not comfortable at all (body got small red spots after siting on it) The toilet sink leak,iron board can even stand I have to sit on the floor while doing ironing,back of the Iron got stain until my white shirt become brown (some part)

I booked it since the location close to HSI and easy for me travel for work. Spacious

Swimming pool is small and packed with people over weekend. No mug provided to drink. Not really easy to collect and return as need to park before collect, then can go up with the key but pdf from UHA was really helpful.

Location was good. The f&b shops at ground floor were excellent.

Pretty rundown facilities. The cleanliness was not fantastic. Toilet was so basic.

Came in with not so high expectations but this place proved me wrong and it'll definitely be a place I'll book again if I'm ever back in Mt Austin area. Sofa and beds were pretty comfortable. Extremely nice view cause we're on the 22nd floor (room was pretty quiet too) Convenient location that is a short drive away from a lot of places. Sufficient hangers and toiletries. Strong bidet. Easy check-in and out process. Few convenient stores (eg. 7-11) and supper joints just below or across the road. (Psst, bakery below has really great pastries & cakes). Aircon is super strong with the right settings!! TV has decent channels & YouTube access. WiFi also pretty solid.

Shoe rack was kinda wrecked from the previous guests (but lmao it's probably cause of its placement beside the door - not the hosts fault) Shower water flow could be stronger. Only con about the location would be that traffic can get pretty heavy sometimes so it might add on minutes to your trip if you're trying to get somewhere. It might be also good if there were two access cards/keys but not too much of an issue since card key access to the rooms only happen from 7pm-7am.

Promised 1pm can check in early but finally found that the room key was lost and waiting inside the car until 3.30pm .finally received spare key but no apartment card and parking card. Although airbnb agreed to let us claim the parking fee , but made us trouble and not convenient, and we no card to the swimming pool and facilities..... Really disappointed with this time staying experience. This is my 1sttime staying airbnb needed to pay for the security deposit fund 200, it let customer feel trouble and not convenient.... And needed waiting time to get back the refund.

The toilet is so wet ..used the washing machine the water flows at toilet floor and become slippery (no proper flows). Equipments for cleaning the toilet are not properly kept and just put in the toilet...need to improve on that . Aircond - need to wait almost 10 minutes to cool the room

Near to Verbena bakery and Han Yuan cafe( downstairs) which provide good food. Opposite got Launderette and chinese shop sell breakfast, wan tan mee at night.

Got ants at the bed. Bite us during our sleep. The sink in the toilet mold and shoes rack has left over dirty slippers. Air condition not cold.
