Nice facilities. Bright rooms and lots of space. Spa/pool area is nice. Furniture, interior and design choices are pretty and look very stylish.
Ordering from the poolbar directly on your phone was a very nice touch! Staff seems very attentive and ready to welcome and assist you at any time. Breakfast was nice, but very Swedish-standard. Nothing surprising beside the Resorb electrolytes at the breakfast buffet. Could have had some champagne :-)
The spa area is a little boring when there’s only a few pools and no possibility of any treatments etc. The beds are worn down and very soft. You can tell that a lot of people had been sleeping in the beds beforehand. Pillows too high/hard.
Watery scramble eggs and undercooked bacon for breakfast. The seating is a little chaotic in the breakfast restaurant.

It's not often a hotel knocks your socks off but Maryhill did. We stayed during a warm sunny period. The hotel was vibrant and felt more like club Tropicana. Good pools and facilities. The Breakfast is superb. Featuring a huge choice. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Would have liked a kettle to make tea in the room.

Vi hade bokat och fått bekräftat att äta middag på slottet men vid incheckning fick vi reda på att slottet var abonnerat.
Vi blev lovade någon form av kompensation vid middagen i den ordinarie restaurangen men såg inget av detta vid utcheckningen…..
