The entire property leaves you breathless. It is beautiful and very peaceful. If you’re looking for rest, relaxation, comfort and fun - mission completed at Zoetry. The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. My husband both really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. To me this feels like an adult experience then kids place (unless teens).

The one thing we didn’t love was trying to be sold the unlimited vacation membership. We thought we were arranging our beach dinner but we started getting a sales pitch. Luckily they were not defensive and stopped when we said we weren’t interested.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the location was beautiful.

What a beautiful resort. Most beautiful gardens and the rooms are amazing. We stayed for the weekend in the Romantic Junior Suite Agua Swim up King and the rooms are big. It was my 50th bday celebration and everyone went out of there way to make me feel special. Thank you for Mercedes organising our welcome bday champagne and fruit in the room. Thank you to Dio who attended to all our request and organising more champagne, cake, fruit and special note for our first night and a BIG THANK YOU for our Romantic Dinner on Saturday, that ended up at our room due to rain - this was very special and intimate. Special thank you to Eiromy for showing us around, making time to check up on us, congrats me on my bday the following day and organising everything for us. Thank you to Alex at the pool bar for the drinks on our first day unfortunately we did not see you the rest of the weekend due to the rain. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I would recommend the Romantic Dinner for two - the food are amazing and well presented. Highly recommend to use the Spa facilities. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.

The negatives of the resort will be that there are not enough beach chairs around the main pool with the bar - only 3 spots thats not enough. When we arrived no one was ready to welcome us (they made us feel so unwelcome and we arrived at 2pm). That was really bad not a good first impression for our first time.

The food was very disappointing. When you only have a few choices and both of them are awful, what more can I say ? Some meals were OK. Some meals were inedible. The onion soup was not an onion soup. The falafel was a fell awful. I would suggest a buffet where the guests have a choice. Took away what could have been a much better experience. Half the price we spent would be remotely acceptable.

Many five star hotel/resorts claim to provide you with a personal concierge or butler. This was the first place we’ve stayed at where you actually felt you had! The same person who checked us in, was available during our entire stay and made sure we had a great stay (big thanks to Alejandro!). One of the reasons why we selected this resort, was the small scale (only 96 rooms) and it’s secluded location, with no other resorts or hotels as direct neighbours. We really appreciated the private and calm atmosphere. Food was excellent with all inclusive measures, and very good on a general scale. No need to book tables; you just showed up at the restaurant you wanted and it was never crowded. Room service quick and good, we had breakfast on our balcony during our entire stay. The beach is very clean and well kept, and you have plenty of space for your self. And for other gay couples, no need to worry! The staff here welcomes everyone in a good way, and make sure you feel comfortable.

- Check-in process was extremely ‘paper-intense’! I can’t understand why you should have to put your signature three times on the same paper… A pre check-in online maybe? - The gym. At a resort committed to health and wellbeing, you expect more! The few pieces of equipment was rusty and worn. And why not a small beach-gym? - The ‘VIP-guest services’… The day after check-in we received a message from the person at the VIP-guest services, that he wanted to hand over some resort vouchers. It all turned out to be the start of their effort to sell you a membership to their booking-service, I learned after sacrificing 1,5 h for a lunch that were supposed to be information about their resorts (and the benefit of a 200 USD spa-voucher), but was a rather intense sales meeting. Very annoying, and after 1,5 h I left (without spa-voucher!) and returned to the beach.

FOOD WAS NOT DELICIOUS! There wasn't much choice and if you wanted to order something else the staff acted like you were eating too much! they served shrimp with mashed potatoes 🤣 to make it more satisfying, but it tasted terrible !!! They put ice in everything, even champagne!

Breakfast and lunch in the Indigo restaurant was excellent. Lateral flow test FOC.

Did not like the arival "welcome" from the head of reception - Ramon. We were returning guests, booked into one of their best category rooms. Started with "passports" then "how are you going to pay, cash or card?" (>US$16000), then had to fill out a registration card with data they already had. Taken to our room, then had to wait 30 minutes for our (hand) luggage. The room was excellent, Ocean Front Suite, and the same we stayed in previously, weather for the first two days very bad, windy and rain. second day the sun shone, and the sand flies turned out in force, very badly bitten, as were many other people during the two weeks there. They do spray, but not obviously effectively. Food in the evening, Olena restaurant, poor - could not cook steak, and small portion size,, Piragua and Amaya average at best. Poor value for money

I always book from booking and the information booking provide is correct This time the info was wrong, about check in hours and more and the hotel manager just said its not our fault its booking fault More then this i travel a lot the world, i take hotels from 100 per night up to 1500 per night (usd) This hotel not worth the price! I dont even know who give him 5 stars Toilet not working - yes they send some one to fix after 10 minutes but it happened 10 times a day There is no hot water in shower The rooms not look like in image The stuff not keep the covid protocol, people walking there with no mask The clean in the room is absolutely 0 . Like they come they fix the bed and going Not even click it Bugs every where the room not protected . And i took the “suite” The food is not fresh. Even in army i didnt eat such bad food

The breakfast restaurant we went to the whole time we were there was called Indigo. It was beautiful and had an ocean front view. The food was of high quality and we were very pleased with all the dishes we sampled. Service was top notch and there were no delays or long waits for anything.

Near the main pool with the bar there were a few lose decking boards that I'm sure are easily fixed. Really not a big deal at all and the only thing that comes to mind. The staff were amazing, friendly outgoing and approachable. It made us feel like we've known them for years on our very first visit. Impressed at how they new everyones name and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

Restaurants have nothing to do with 5*. They look like school canteens. Service solala, food mediocre, not warm enough. The wine which is included is not a good quality. They serve Italian food, without having an idea what Italian food is like. Breakfast service very slow. Beach small and not clean. Lot of sargassum.

Everything was perfect! Great staff, always smiling and very efficient. Great food and drinks. The beach is clean and private. No disturbances whatsoever and lots of space between sunbeds. The rooms are very nice, I like the natural style which goes perfectly with the surrounding nature and the housekeeping is exceptional. Pools are beautiful. We loved to feel the privacy and the exclusive experience this resort offers. It’s small and very peaceful, only few children and quiet people. It gives you the impression that the resort is truly yours. The service is perfect and exceeded our expectations, especially the butler service and the housekeeping. It is definitely one of the best resort I’ve been to in my life and I can only recommend it.

Prices at the spa are exaggerated. Almost no fresh fruit juices.
