The only unfortunate thing was having to climb theee flights of stairs to get to the room. The staff helped with the luggage but it would be difficult for people with disabilities as there is no elevator.

Stayed here 27-30 Aug 2026 to attend the fringe and celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The room was fantastic, luxurious, had everything we needed. It is a small establishment and there is not a 24 hour reception but this was not an issue at all as everything was catered for and we knew how to contact someone if there was a need. The location was fantastic, backing on to Calton hill, beside a fabulous shopping centre, 7 minute walk from tram to airport and about 10 minute from train station.
We ordered breakfast one morning and it was a break-feast! A real treat, every item was delicious, a lot of care and attention went into the preparation and delivery.
The bed was the most comfortable - best nights sleep!

I liked the hotel, been there before but thought it was not very customer friendly to deny me breakfast as I haven't prebooked it. How hard can it be for a single person to provide breakfast? Other than that happy with the stay.
I didn't like that I couldn't get breakfast as I haven't prebooked. How hard can it be to provide breakfast for a single person?

"La struttura si trova in una zona comoda per spostarsi ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla.
Camera spaziosa e letto king size comodissimo. Pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Consigliatissimo"
