The Inn West End

The atmoshpere, the room, friendly staff, the incredible food and the location.

The accommodation block is located at the rear of the pub away from the busy road. It’s about 3.5 miles from Bisley if you use that for sporting events. There is a safe for your sporting equipment. The room is a good size with a decent bathroom. It had a vaulted ceiling which made the room feel more spacious. There is ample off road parking for guests which is separate from the main pub parking. The Inn is a typical English pub with good wholesome food. The quality of the food was good. There is an outside beer garden with some covered seating. The staff were young and provided an excellent service.

It wasn’t a hot couple of days but my room was too warm. There was a large fan in it which helped.

The location was great for our visit. The place was very pretty and a lovely pub with great food. Great parking too.

The staff, although all seemed very nice, I found them rather over the top, either several of them all trying to do the same job or nobody around !! When I asked for the bedside light bulb to be looked at as it was flickering - she did then said she had looked and it was fine - I had checked it thoroughly myself first before asking - upon my return it was exactly the same - annoyingly had to switch it off and the room was rather dark anyway! The temperature of the room was extremely hot, I thought some heating had been left on, but not the case - thankfully there was a fan, in-fact two, so for such a small room I guessed it must be an issue.
