Location excellent. Good sized room; well-maintained communal areas; lovely grounds.
An extremely long walk from reception to the room.
Only a double bed despite being a de-luxe room and sufficient space for bigger bed - disappointing in comparison with most other hotels. Appalling WiFi in the room - need more routers to allow for length of hotel.

The building is stunning and the spa was very nice. Although robes would've been appreciated.
Food was good.
The bed is too soft and if one person moves, the other rolls into the middle. Not very suitable for a couple and meant no sleep for 2 nights.
The room was tired with missing door handles on the cupboards, hooks on the door damaged and the fridge did not work - although it looked like it was when we put stuff in it.
The room needs some attention to details for the price.

Great location in South Ascot in a really nice area, hotel located in lovely grounds. Rooms are very traditional with a very comfortable bed and the modern spa was excellent. Food was excellent as was breakfast with a good choice.
Bathroom was very small.

Convenient for our purposes
I found the staff a little miserable not all but one or two …
Our room was very tired looking and felt in dire need of a lick of paint and modernisation. Fridge didn’t work. However we were only there one night with a late arrival and early departure but we saw enough to not particularly wish to stay again
