The four poster was comfy. Staff great and food superb. Reclining sofa a nice addition. Friendly pub atmosphere.
Decor very plain in bedroom and the carpet ready for replacement.

Very friendly staff, room was amazing and food excellent. The pub had a lovely rustic cosy atmosphere. We stopped off as a halfway stopover to our final desination. Will definately stay here again. Breakfast included in price which was a bonus and top quality.
Nothing. Everything was excellent

Food was excellent. Location very good too
When we checked in we asked to book a table for meal at 7 but were told it had to be 5 to 5:30. We had a lunch and would not be hungry then. We were told it was because they had a quiz night and would be busy. As a guest we said it was not good enough we compromised with 5:45. Quiz started an hour later than planned….why because guests were still eating some two hours after us!!! During the night the fire alarm went off and we vacated and no one else did. Next morning member of staff said it did that sometimes. Not impressed.
