Very comfortable, good location, good parking.
The room could have benefited from a little refresh.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, catering for gluten-free. The room was very good, but with my bad knees, the top floor made things difficult for me. My fault; I should have asked for a ground-floor room. The quiz was great, well run and entertaining. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Nothing needs to altered.

Place looks tired, own brewed beer wasn't good, breakfast was cramped, carpets were dirty everywhere, lots of attention to detail missing, could see lots of flies in kitchen

"The warm welcome, excellent guidance through a quirky building, and outstanding beers from the on-site brewery. Andy was particularly helpful, ordering my taxis via his landline."
