Location was excellent and staff were great! Room was spacious.

The bathroom extractor needs to be seen to - it sounded like a lawn mower.

Great hotel, friendly staff and lovely restaurant, I think the eye fillet was the best ever.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was always someone available to answer our questions and assist us when needed. The location was also a big plus. There were plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which made it very convenient. The room itself was very spacious, which we appreciated, and the bathroom was also exceptionally large and comfortable in terms of space.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations, especially for a hotel advertised as 5-star on Google. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was the air conditioning unit. It was visibly dirty, with several black spots, and the exterior was also damaged. While we understand that some wear and tear can happen, the overall condition was disappointing and not what we would expect from a 5-star property. The balcony was another issue. Of course, birds can be expected outdoors, but the dirt on the balcony clearly looked like it had been there for quite some time and had not been cleaned recently. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. They moved around whenever we got into them, and we could not find any way to secure them in place. The mattress was also unusually soft, but unfortunately in an uncomfortable rather than pleasant way. We also found a stain on one of our towels. Since we were only staying for two nights, we did not report it during our stay, but it was nevertheless something we noticed. The bathroom was very spacious, which we appreciated, but the shower hose was not functioning properly and sprayed more water to the side than through the shower head itself.
