The hotel was very clean and the staff were soo helpful, food was excellent and any dietary problems they soon sorted out for me, i used the swimming pool while i was there and that was great and again all the staff were very friendly and helpful

Ease of checkin and friendliness of receptioist. Room was fair to good
Bathroom was a little tired and grout stained

Good location and parking. Bathrooms newly refurbished
Mattresses on beds in desperate need of replacement. So uncomfortable. Premises is looking tired and dated other than refurbished bathrooms
