great location close to everything very nice house

they had a lot of ants around the house had to keep killing them toilet downstairs didn’t flush properly and kept not working

The place definitely was huge and in a beautiful location. Very spacious inside and was a good place for a group of friends to chill.

1. We were only advised upon checking in that multiple ACs were not working and many wall power outlets were also not working. 2. We were also advised upon checking in that some schoolies had caused some issues in the house the previous night. 3. Floors were sticky, across the house and the toilets had a remnant of vomit smell. 4. Stains on walls. Generally, disappointed with the level of cleanliness of the house. 5. Bed slits had fallen, and therefore the mattress was sinking in the middle.

Good amount of space

Prime location for access to Surfer's paradise, beautiful canal view and accessible by boat. More than enough room for a group of 14 and only neighbours on 1 side. Fantastic host.

Only thing that could top this place off is a pool!
