Two guys I work with and I stayed here for about 40 days while we were in town for work. It's an older house but worked great for us. Price is fair.

My overall complaint was with the property management. They made it very difficult to get up with them. I was able to get through via phone and was told that they were to busy at the time but that someone named Anna would be calling me back. She never called back. On the day of arrival, I still had no check in information as of 12:30PM. They told me it was supposed to be sent automatically and that someone would be back with me. No one ever called back. Finally, I was able to get through by phone and talked to a young man who was able to text me the information. I received the information at 2:46PM, 14 minutes before I was supposed to check in. If I had not called, I would not have been able to check in. Very poor property management company. We were there for a fishing trip, so the property was sufficient for what we were doing, but we would not have had our wives or children stay there.

Floors were filthy (May have been swept, but definitely not mopped). Air conditioners were left on leaving the whole place damp and musty. Pictures online were obviously not up to date. Flooring in large bathroom was peeling up and should have been replaced several years ago. Hardwood flooring in kitchen is separating and never was put in correctly. The only good things about the house is the fridge worked and the TVs are nice. I wouldn’t have any family or friends over because I was too embarrassed that we had rented such a crappy place. If I were a college student and just needed a place to crash, maybe it would be ok. But not for a family or an older couple.

it is in a nice quiet location. close to things to do owner quick to respond to us. the house itself needs some fixing up.. electrical outlets in 1 bathroom were taped off. no outlets in 1 of the bedrooms. only 1 outlet in kitchen that worked near the sink not gfi protected. general maintenance on bathroom flooring. bottom of doors are rotting major gap at bottom leaving open gaps to outside allowing bugs to get in and there was a cockroach in the house.

Short drive to downtown. If you want a budget friendly location this is a perfect spot.
