The apartment building is beautiful inside with grand staircase and beautiful columns, the apartment doesn't fail to disappoint with massive high ceilings and beautiful original features. The apartment was scrupulously clean, well equipped and extrememely comfortable. We had a fantastic stay for 2 weeks and really miss it. Will definitely be returning. Thank you very much Stefano!

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. Everything was as described and shown in photos. The mattresses were super comfortable, the best I have slept in during many trips. We were a group of three senior travelers. Only 2 suggestions for improvement: 1) higher/ taller beds and sofas. They so low they were difficult for elderly people to get in and out of. 2) Please stress in the instructions that Taxi cabs can not come to the front entrance as you would expect, they must park at the corner/ side of the building. This apt is gorgeous and huge. It’s well located, close to metros, busses and walking distance to nearly all major attractions. Stefano is amazing and provided the most comprehensive instructions. I would live here!!

Beautiful apartment central location

This property really exceeded our expectations. The inside is gorgeous with the perfect mix of historic charm and updated amenities. Stephano was very responsive as a property manager. We had some slight issues with water temperature in the showers early in the day but not a serious hurdle. Great option for being within walking distance to cafes, bars, and all of the beautiful sites!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, exactly as it shows on the picture or even more beautiful .... Location vise is excellent, walking distance to a lot of restaurants,shops, markets and to most Budapest’s attraction. The check in was easy, very responsive and kind ! Highly recomand this apartment!

Perfect location - great area and enjoyed our time there. No oven and did have a slight issue with a hole in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. Apart from that this was an amazing apartment and Fully recommend you anyone staying in Budapest!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The location is SO very convenient!! The description of the apartment is accurate and the property is beautiful. Please note that the outside of the building is like any typical downtown building, with graffiti, and the indoor courtyard is a bit worn out, but the apartment has been remodeled quite well. Stefano and Giovanni were very helpful in advance of the visit and easily accessible during our stay. Side note - we arrived around noon and the cleaners were still at the apartment, found this to be the case with the neighboring apartment. No big deal, just a heads up if you plan to stay in the apartment arriving at that time. I highly recommend staying here!

My family loved the apartment! So clean and comfortable! Giovanni was of great help. The location was prefect and within walking distance of some excellent restaurants and of course, it is right next to the subway station. We will be back.

We had a great time at this place. My 3 kids wife and I absolutely love this apartment that is really well located in the middle of everything you want to experience in Budapest. Walking distance to everything made it so easy to visit everything we wanted to see in the 5 days we were there. We are going back ! Giovanni is a great host and the remodeled apartment is top notch.

It is modern, spacious (high ceilings!) and very clean. Communication with the host was uncomplicated and we received a very warm welcome from Luca and Peter who gave us many insider-tips as to what to see and where to dine. The apartment had mostly what we needed and it felt very like home. Would highly recommend the apartment to anyone who love travelling with style. Thanks a lot!

Beautifully designed, spacious, well equipped apartment. Luca is a friendly, helpful host. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfectly clean. I recommend for everyone.

This apartment was excellent and we loved our stay! It was spacious, comfortable and in a good location. Stefano as host was very helpful providing information and answering any questions very promptly. We'd highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay again in the future.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and spacious as appears in the photos. The location was excellent - walking distance to everything. The host Giovanni was really nice & nothing was too much trouble for him eg booking taxis, arranging extra cleaning of the apartment during our long stay, restaurant recommendations. Betti the cleaner also deserves a mention - she did a great job! Highly recommended.

My friend and I recently stayed at the Dreher apartment during the first week of December and it did not disappoint! The apartment is stunning! The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, quick to respond to any questions I had. Great accommodations (mattresses super comfy, nice linens, etc.) and the location is perfect. We were able to walk to all the local Christmas markets, museums, the central market and the famous chain link bridge. Budapest did not disappoint during the Christmas season and I would highly recommend visiting during this time! The only minor annoyance was one of the showers really didn't get that warm, but we had no problem with that and both used the other shower. All in all we had a fantastic stay here, and I hope to visit Budapest again in the future!

Having reviewed accommodation for a living I’m rarely impressed, But Dreher Palace is truly exceptional! Usually, places don’t live up to the pictures advertised on websites, but what you see is exactly what you get - a characterful property with absolutely beautiful interior decoration - stylish furnishings and fittings - and extremely comfortable. Stefan and Luca have thought of everything to make your stay perfect and were great hosts - from arranging taxis to and from the airport, restaurant recommendations and the starter pack of coffee and water to the shampoo and shower gel - which were very welcome. I was there with two friends for joint birthday celebrations, but would also recommend Dreher Palace to families and couples who like tranquility, but also being in the heart of things. The apartment is extremely quiet inside. Located about 300m from Elizabeth Bridge and close to Deák Square (Christmas Market) it’s a great spot to explore many of the main sights on the Pest side on foot. An absolute oasis - the character of the building made our stay in Budapest all the more authentic. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone going to Budapest. Will definitely stay again. If you’re thinking of booking, do it - you won’t be disappointed!
