Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Ideal location for our purpose
Hotel slightly “tired”. More hooks and towel rails in bathroom would be helpful.

Location , staff and breakfast .....
Lovely service and served with a smile !
Hotel is in need of abit of TLC, Dining room was lovely, our bedroom was ok ...but hotel could do with redecorating and abit of investment .

Great location, old coach house with history. A few free spaces available outside for parking.
It was a little bit dated but I feel if you were to modernise it, would take away the character of the building

Great location, charming little town on the edge of Exmoor. Beautiful setting, largely unspoilt.
Sad to see such a wonderful old establishment in need of so much investment. It probably just about gets by but unfortunately looks quite dejected. Ok for a couple of nights perhaps and a chance to see such a beautiful area. Doubt we will stay here again.
