By far one of the best villas I have ever stayed! This is the perfect vacation spot. Everything inside of the villa is in new condition and works. The kitchen is fully equipped. The TV is loaded with channels and apps to watch. The pool was great. Cleaned regularly during the stay. The rooftop chill out area was super cool and had nice views. The only thing better than the villa was the support of the host. They made sure everything went well for me. They gave excellent suggestions to which beaches and restaurants to go to. Host would check-in with me to ask if everything was going good. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation. You're the best!!!

BEWARE THIS HOST IS A SCAMMER WHEN THEY DONT GET THEIR WAY!! I didn’t even stay here. not cuz I didn’t show up but because when I told the host and the person she had checking me in that I would be sure to reflect their service and her attitude in my review, she made me leave and LIED saying I threatened her and started screaming. anyone that’s knows me knows I’d NEVER. do yourself a favor and pass this place.

everything about this is exeperience was terrible

Headed to Cancun? Anna's place is THE PLACE to stay! It is so easy to get everywhere across Yukatan. The villa is quite nice, fully equipped, but is also perfect for a family with little kids for it´s amazing pool. Anna is very responsive with any needs (we decided to book chef for one nigt, perfect experience!). Easy to check in, easy to park, close to literally everything, just 15 min to the beach! If we're ever back in the Cancun area, we'll definitely stay at Anna's!

This house has factor WOW. Anna is a perfect host. She provide all info and helped with everything. House is brand new and beautifully furnished. Pool is amazing, beds very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. What is so important to us internet is perfect.
