Great pub and restaurant.

The room was very cosy & comfortable - the bed was incredibly comfortable! Staff were very polite, friendly & helpful - there was an issue with the TV which couldn't be resolved to my satisfaction due to the nature of the building but this did not affect the quality of my stay. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

My sister was extremely unwell, so the owner made sure we had bottled water and extra towels
Unfortunately, in the evening when we showered, the water was too cool. It seemed to have run out of hot water.
A block out curtain for the main window would be an advantage.
I'm a professional cleaner, so I noticed things like the rubber seals on the shower doors need a scrub (small metal toothbrush size) and bleach to get the mould off.

Very clean and conveniently situated
Stairs to 2nd floor very difficult and steep with very low handrails. No coat hangers in wardrobe and no
litter-bin bathroom.
Decorating a bit tired.
