The location is good. Close to a pharmacy, restaurants, and a 10-15 minute drive to the beach in holiday traffic.

Before check-in, I received a text from the owner asking me to text my credit info...TEXT! I contacted Booking 2x to see if it was accurate and received 2 different responses. In the end I was told that the owner collects payment, but this was unorthodox. I asked the owner if he accepted venmo or an encrypted (safer) method, but he wanted a text. I sent it because my family needed a get away. When we arrived the property was filthy. The place was dusty, the floors were dirty, the appliances and countertops were covered in grease, there were roaches crawling from the dishwasher, and there was mold growing from the coffee maker. Every single bathroom was dirty and the showers were covered in mold and mildew. There were no other vacancies so we had to go to the store for cleaning supplies to clean the property. I notified the owner and he only said "thanks for the info." The owner charges a cleaning fee! The property should be cleaned prior to a guests arrival. By the end of our stay I requested that my cleaning fee be returned and the owner never replied. This property could be a great stay if the owner had it exterminated and thoroughly cleaned. I understand this may be an investment property, but more care should be taken. The pics attached are general from our stay...roaches, grease, mildew and mold... EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!
