Cosy and clean

The owner was lovely and communicated well with us before we arrived, giving us very clear directions to the B&B. When we arrived in the stunning village of Luss we noticed we were in the very centre, it was a perfect location to the shops, pubs, etc. The B&B itself was lovely, and the facilities were perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom nice and clean, and the breakfast options were great and just what we needed to set us up for another long day of travelling on to the next venue. One thing I would suggest is to book a table in one of the nice restaurants before you arrive, as they were mostly booked up when we tried to book in that evening. Luss is gorgeous, and absolutely worth a visit overnight, and make sure to have a good walk around the village and the pier.

There was nothing to dislike! The neighbours in the next room were very drunk and noisy, but that isn't the owners fault!! Everything else was great!

It was the most beautiful place to stay both the b&b and the town of Luss. Annilese communicated entry location and facility info so well it was easy to find and an amazing property. Breakfast was ready for us in the room, it was fantastic too. I would say one of the best b&bs in Scotland.

Whats not to love?! This is our second time staying at Alderdale and we have already booked for next year too! Annelise is a really great host too. It was nice to meet her and have a good chat about things in and around Luss, one of our favourite places in Scotland. The room was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely and fresh. We had a very good nights sleep (and afternoon nap) whilst here and didnt hear a sound. Cannot wait to return next September.
