Overall this is a very nice place. Andrew and the hosts were always reachable and very nice to deal with, responsive to any questions. The house is very clean. One of the best stocked out of all the VRBO properties I have stayed at over the years. Welcoming to guests, things to see and do, etc. felt like a home away from home right a way. 4 bedrooms and all guests said their beds were comfortable. I know my bed was very comfortable. Lots of closet space, lots for room in the bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice, decent space in both. Living room and dining area are very nice to sit and visit. spacious open concept, very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all the gadgets, appliances, dishware and cutlery, pots and pans. Everything you could think of seemed to be available. One drawback is that the front street is a traffic through street so no parking. It did not seem to be a very busy or noisy street, however, no stopping in front of the house. However, the block is only about 5 houses so a short block and can access the alley from either side of the block. The garage fits two cars (one garage door manual, the other electric) plus can fit two cars behind the garage. So there is room for 4 vehicles in back. All and all a very nice property, good location, well stocked, clean, inviting, and wonderful hosts that care about their guests. Thank you Andrew and the team.

This was our first VRBO experience. Our hosts were so accommodating! We had a group of 7 adults this property was perfect! Also a great location!

We rented this property to come to Edmonton to attend a family celebration. 4 siblings and 2 of our spouses. We were extremely happy with this rental. The close proximity to the Mill Creek walking trails was very pleasant. Very clean and lovely decor. Thank you!

Awesome location near Mill Creek Park with trails and bridges and an off leash area for the dog. Almost wish we hadn't been so busy with Family Wedding Events. We didn't get a chance to visit the restaurants just 10 minutes away in Ritchie but we did make it to the Muttart Conservatory.

Everything was great. Easy check-in. Home is tastefully decorated and inviting. And, the beds...oh my gosh they are comfortable! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This home was great for our needs. Well equipped, just takes a little snooping in all the cupboards and drawers. You can walk to Whyte Rd with lots of great restaurants.

It was clean and inviting. The toy room for the kids was perfect! Location is easy to get too,and big Beautiful backyard. We enjoyed BBQ and patio.The hosts were Fantastic and made us feel at home

This place was amazing! As soon as I walked in I noticed everything was clean, the house smelled great and there were no messes anywhere. The bed was very comfortable which is a huge plus for me because sometimes the beds are hard or old and it ruins the stay. Bathrooms were again spotless and spacious. This place is also in a perfect location. Right beside the river valley, my wife and I went for a walk after dinner and it was beautiful. Last but not least, the communication from the hosts was quick, easy and helpful. Would high recommend for a family or even a couple.

Loved staying at this property. Nice little welcome package for us in the kitchen and creative board with information and activity ideas. Clean and well appointed with lots of room for the family. Beautiful back garden that would have been great to hang out in except we had some rain. Steps from a beautiful ravine park and close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.
