Smooth check-in, comfortable room.
No extractor fan in bathroom, no information in room eg WiFi, breakfast times etc.

Very affordable and very convenient in it’s location
Can’t really say anything bad about it just that one thing that I asked about our request for a small bottle of champagne as it was our anniversary but never had it but other than that we were very happy

The room was spacious clean and well equipped, The air con was much appreciated,
Toilet flush in bathroom was not good. Annoyingly subtitles were moving around on the TV screen and we were unable to remove them. We had a meal in the Thomas restaurant but unfortunately the staff weren't at all knowledgeable about gluten free requirements, We were only presented with a folder to sort things out ourselves, I do not expect this from a 4 star hotel.

Having 2 beds instead of 1 and free parking.
The bed was really uncomfortable to the point of numbness in my sides when sleeping. Toilet smelt of urine and the flush did not flush fully. The road from our bedroom window was extremely noisy, inside and outside window was very dirty, floor in the hallway for the 2 days we stayed was not cleaned as there was toilet paper on the floor.
