The location was great. The staff were fantastic. The food was amazing. Great atmosphere, we'd stay here again.
A bit pricey, but that's also on us for booking so late.

Great location from the ferry in Malliag and close to the road but not noisy. Excellent food and very reasonable price
A bit hard for mobility access but typical of the older buildings in Scotland

The location was nice.
On arrival we were hurried to our rooms with very limited information. There was no information pack in the rooms. We had no instructions for the TV and then when we decided to make a cup of tea there was no milk in the room. This resulted in twice having to go to reception for help with TV and to get milk. This was resolved quickly but was an inconvenience. Uncomfortable beds.
