The property was right between the beach and the bus stop which made it very convenient for our family! The property also had beach towels and sand toys which my children enjoyed.

Very friendly, nice host - available through whatsapp for anything we needed. We received some drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was really nice! The location is very close to the beach, with a bus stop nearby. We rented a car and Palma is a 5 minutes drive away from the house. There is an excellent patisserie-cafetaria nearby, where we had our "desayuno" every morning.

Our flight was delayed and for the late arrival there was an extra cost of 30 EUR. Parking spots near the house are rather difficult to find.

The host met us at the property on time. The property was nice and clean, with a lovely roof terrace. The bedrooms were nice and the facilities decent.

There was an extra cost for electricity usage that wasn't mentioned on the booking description, and that we weren't told about until after we had booked. This should be much clearer when booking - it added €43 to our 8-day stay. Another problem is that the property is not safely secured. The downstairs windows do not lock, and the shutters do not lock either – so it would be possible for somebody to break in.

Parking is complicated in the area

It was so close to the beautiful coast line, near shops and a variety of restaurants, a safe and easy walk into town

It was chilly downstairs despite the heating being on but it was nice to snuggle up under the blankets
