Food was excellent with fast service and reasonable prices.
The standard of the hotel was above our expectations.
Although limited, the undercover parking was most welcome as we had rain when we arrived.
We were unaware that the Jesmond area was so lively with students, so the bar area was fairly noisy but well behaved.

Location and lovely room
Limited parking (4 spaces but I got lucky) and early check out time

Great location, very stylish, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, not noisy at night, comfy bed.
Lots of light early in the morning, needs better blinds/curtains. Rooms at the front get woken at 7am by Waitrose delivery.

The convenience of location & it was reasonably inexpensive.
A bit scruffy downstairs
