Property is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of union Square next to the street cars and next to shopping and next to the public transportation. Check in with smooth and the lobby seems to be going under a little bit of an upgrade, but the room was comfortable, and you can’t beat the convenience.

Great location for getting around and to and from airport.
Staff were friendly but not over the top. Wine reception each evening 5-7 was a nice touch and the free wifi very helpful.
Bed was super comfortable and big.
Due to the location expect plenty of noise from nearby building works.
Bathroom would benefit from upgrade.

Room was nice and pretty spacious!
Could order UberEats straight to the room which was good.
Location is fantastic and we walked all the way to the Alcatraz Port from there.
Its expensive for what it is but I think that is just San Fran unfortunately.
No view from the room as we faced another wall (inwards) but personally as it is so expensive anyway I would not bother paying more for a view.

There was no breakfast facility.
The location was good.
The rooms are basic, but comfortable, however the hot water came out brown on my last night there, and in the morning there was no hot water running. Front desk did not know about this.
