Perfect stay, location, staff and service especially the Srilankan lady at the breakfast. Definitely recommended

Our stay at Grand Hotel Campione was exceptional in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The hotel generously upgraded us to a magnificent full suite, which made our stay even more special and unforgettable. The suite was spacious, elegant, immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected the standards of a true five-star hotel. Parking is free of charge and valet parking is available. A very special thank you to Andre at reception. He welcomed us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel valued. He was clear, honest, highly professional, and genuinely caring. He explained everything perfectly and made the entire arrival experience smooth and enjoyable. Andre is truly an outstanding representative of the hotel. We are equally grateful to Laila, who assisted us in the suite. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. She showed us around, explained every detail carefully, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and thoughtful service made us feel completely at home. Everything about this hotel was flawless: the beautiful property, the luxurious suite, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere, and above all, the wonderful staff. This was much more than just a hotel stay; it was one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Grand Hotel Campione exceeded every expectation, and we would return without hesitation.

Absolutely nothing. We genuinely could not find a single fault. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

Besides the stunning view food and staff. I have never felt so well looked after, my room had the Most incredible view, every single member of staff went above and beyond, I unfortunately had a broken foot that happened in Italy. And The team of the hotel were nothing but wonderful I was so sad to leave. I’ll pay them a special visit when I return to Europe. I’ll never forget them and I’ll always be so grateful

The staff was friendly and the room was a decent size

The hotel lacks communal areas such as a lobby, nice lounge bar. Even the breakfast spot is minuscule and very underwhelming. Generally I also found it all to be missing some reworks. The bathroom was falling apart and cupboards and walls clearly had a lot of use
